Founder / Principal Director / Mentor
Jaiden Smith
Jaiden is the founder of ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD, and has many years of work, and lived experience within the disability and support working field. Jaiden is also the principal director of the organisation, and continues to support NDIS participants in the field as a mentor when required. Jaiden has a distinguished passion for providing a person centered approach, and guiding participants to achieve their NDIS goals. Jaiden has a Diploma of Business, a Diploma of Leadership and Management, a Bachelor Degree of Human Movement, and a Certificate IV in Disability.
As the principal director of the organisation, Jaiden has developed the company's business strategies, oversees the company's operations, guaranteeing maximum performance, and ensuring these business operations are implemented based on established procedures. Jaiden will lead, imbed, and support Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) in services, corporate supports, systems, information and business initiatives through innovation, sector best practice, and legislative compliances.
As principal director, Jaiden will also deliver services to eligible NDIS participants according to relevant legislation, service agreements and requirements specified by the funding body.
In the field, Jaiden promotes and encourages independence among all supported participants; walking alongside them with great pride. Jaiden has experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Schizophrenia, Non-Verbal (NV), Non Ambulant (NA), Anxiety, Attention – Deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy, Dementia, Parkinson's Disease and Vision Impairment. Jaiden also has extensive experience working with those members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Jaiden's mission for the organisation, is to provide NDIS participants with quality and experienced supports as an organisation. The organisation will do so, by promoting, encouraging and maintaining participant independence and choice and control, on the path to achieving personal goals. Our supports are delivered in a timely, innovative and flexible way, with a focus firmly on individual needs.
Jaiden's mission in the field, is to create the best quality of life for all NDIS supported participants, and is passionate in generating long lasting companionship and increased quality of life in the process.
Jaiden enjoys keeping fit and active, through exercising at the gym, running, cycling, hiking and swimming. Jaiden loves all things sport, particularly CrossFit, Australian Rules Football, the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, cricket, tennis, soccer, triathlons and marathons.

Operations Manager / Mentor
Luke Santella
Luke expands his extensive experience in the disability supporting sector, in the role of Operations Manager and substitute mentor at ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD.
As the Operations Manager in an NDIS setting, Luke plays a key leadership role in ensuring that the organisation runs smoothly and delivers high-quality, person-centred support to participants. His day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the coordination and delivery of services, managing staff across different teams, and ensuring the organisation remains compliant with all NDIS requirements and quality standards.
Luke works closely with service coordinators, support workers, and team leaders to make sure participants are receiving the supports outlined in their NDIS plans. He regularly reviews participant progress, helps resolve issues, and ensures services are flexible and responsive to changing needs. He also manages the operational side of the business, including staff rostering, performance management, incident reporting, and ensuring all internal systems and processes are running efficiently.
In addition to supervising teams, Luke plays a big part in training and mentoring staff. He makes sure everyone understands their roles, knows how to deliver services in line with NDIS guidelines, and has the tools and knowledge needed to do their jobs well. He also monitors quality assurance and leads continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas that could be working better and putting systems in place to address them.
Luke is also responsible for communicating with participants and families to ensure their experience with the service is a positive one. He is often the go-to person for solving complex issues, managing risk, and ensuring all services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in line with each person’s goals and preferences. His role is vital in keeping the organisation accountable, efficient, and focused on providing meaningful outcomes for people with disability.
In the field, Luke has extensive experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Attention – Deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy and Tourette’s Syndrome (TS) and Isodicentric chromosome 15 Syndrome. Luke also has extensive experience working with those members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Luke is kind, caring, approachable and patient - and displays these qualities during his management role, and supported service when called upon.
Luke has a newfound passion in providing care, promoting independence, building connections and relationships, and generating the best quality of life for NDIS participants. Luke continues his quality - person centred approach to supports, and emphasises ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD' mission in the field.
During Luke’s spare time, he likes to keep fit and active, participating in a CrossFit gym locally, riding dirt bikes, getting back to his hometown in the Riverland and spending quality time with friends and family. Luke loves the river and is an avid water sport enthusiast.

Business Development Manager / Senior Support Coordinator / Mentor
Holly Ransby
Holly is a dedicated professional with over 6 years of experience in the disability sector, with previous specialties in support work / mentoring and service coordination.
Holly has recently stepped into the duel role of Business Development Manager and Support Coordinator, two positions that perfectly aligns with her extensive experience and passion for helping others. With a strong background in the industry, she is eager to extend her expertise and apply her skills in a more strategic capacity. In this new role, Holly is not only providing invaluable support to clients but also working to streamline processes, enhance team collaboration, and ensure the highest standard of service delivery. Her deep understanding of the industry, paired with her natural leadership abilities, positions her to make a significant impact to her supported participants, in the coordination of their supports.
As the Business Development Manager (BDM) in an NDIS company, Holly plays a vital role in growing the organisation’s presence, building relationships, and ensuring more participants have access to quality supports. Her role is all about connecting people, creating opportunities, and driving sustainable growth in line with NDIS values and compliance.
Holly’s day-to-day responsibilities include developing partnerships with referral sources such as support coordinators, local area coordinators, allied health professionals, and community organisations. She actively promotes the organisation’s services, attends networking events, and follows up with enquiries to ensure a smooth intake process for new participants. Holly is often the first point of contact for families and professionals who want to learn more about the services offered, so her communication skills and deep understanding of the NDIS are essential.
In short, Holly’s work as the BDM helps the organisation thrive, builds meaningful connections in the community, and ensures participants have access to the right supports at the right time.
With a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals with diverse needs, Holly has become a highly skilled and compassionate individual who excels in creating positive outcomes for those she supports. Holly’s extensive experience spans working with children, adults, and the elderly, across various settings including community access, day options, SIL (Supported Independent Living), and in-home care.
Holly’s specific expertise encompasses a wide range of conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Ambulant (NA), Non-Verbal (NV), Epilepsy, Global Developmental Delays (GDD), Anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Angelman Syndrome (AS), Schizophrenia, Depression, Mitochondrial Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Rett Syndrome (RS), Deaf/Hearing Loss, Down Syndrome (DS), and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). This broad knowledge allows her to provide tailored, individualized care, meeting the specific needs of each person she supports.

Service Coordinator / Administration Assistant
Corey Cox
Corey is a kind-hearted, knowledgeable, and driven member of the ACHIEVE team, serving as both a Service Coordinator and Administration Assistant. With a strong passion for fostering growth and independence, Corey is committed to supporting NDIS participants as they work towards achieving their personal goals and building fulfilling lives.
In his role as Service Coordinator, Corey oversees the delivery and coordination of services provided by ACHIEVE, ensuring that participants receive tailored, high-quality support that meets their individual needs. He works closely with staff to monitor performance, provide guidance, and maintain a collaborative, person-centered approach to care. His attention to detail and proactive mindset help streamline operations and ensure services are delivered efficiently and compassionately.
Corey brings extensive frontline experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and intellectual disabilities. His professional background has equipped him with a deep understanding of complex needs, behavioral supports, and mental health challenges, which he approaches with empathy and respect. Corey is also a proud ally and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, creating inclusive spaces where every person feels valued, safe, and supported.
With a calm and compassionate demeanor, Corey is someone participants and colleagues alike can rely on for support, guidance, and encouragement. He believes in the power of connection, the importance of dignity, and the potential within every person to grow, achieve, and thrive.
Outside of his work at ACHIEVE, Corey enjoys a balanced and active lifestyle. He is an avid AFL football player, a passionate surfer, and loves nothing more than spending time with his friends, family, and beloved dogs. Whether he's on the field, at the beach, or surrounded by loved ones, Corey brings the same dedication and positivity to his personal life that he brings to his professional one.

Service Lead / Mentor / Support Worker
Sheree Williams
With an extensive amount of work and lived experience in the disability and support working field, Sheree carries over a wealth of knowledge to the ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD team. Sheree has her Certificate IV In Disability, Certificate III in Individual Support and is experienced working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non Ambulant (NA), Non Verbal (NV), Epilepsy, Global Developmental Delays (GDD), Anxiety, Attention – Deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Angelmans Syndrome (AS), Schizophrenia, Depression, Mitochondrial Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Retts Syndrome (RS), Deaf / Hearing Loss and Down Syndrome (DS), and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Sheree has experience in supporting children, adults and the elderly, with community access, day options, SIL, and in home care. Sheree also has extensive experience working with those members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Sheree is one of two service leads - assisting with the oversight of all operations in our shared tenancy / accommodation houses. Sheree continues to develop and maintain her leadership in this role, ensuring objectives and required tasks of the house demographic are being met to a high standard for the residing participants and the staff supporting.
Sheree is always looking to develop new skills and naturally follows ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD' mission of providing a person-centred approach, regardless of an individual’s abilities and barriers. Sheree is a very calm, kind, and compassionate mentor – who seeks to bring out the best of all situations and circumstances. Sheree is a very energetic and [in her own words] ‘outgoing’ individual – who uses these characteristics as strengths to build up the confidence of others, while creating a fun and motivating supporting environment.
Sheree: In my spare time I love to spend time in nature, whether this be at the beach, hiking in the hills or camping. I like to spend quality time with my partner, my pet dog, pet rabbit and my friends. I follow the AFL and like to attend games during the season. I love painting and making homemade soaps and candles. I also have a deep passion for gardening, and take great pride in my plants. They are quite literally taking over my house!
When Sheree isn’t busy attending to the above, or working – she really enjoys traveling and going for long road trips.

Service Lead / Mentor / Support Worker
Luke Christiansen
With a background in the fitness industry, specifically personal training, Luke offers ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD substantial knowledge and experience with interpersonal connectivity. Luke not only has field experience working with, and supporting different disabilities within the fitness industry and in the disability sector, he also has lived experience with disability support, and mentoring. Luke has experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability, Epilepsy and schizophrenia. Luke also has experience working with those members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Luke is one of two service leads - assisting with the oversight of all operations in our shared tenancy / accommodation houses. Luke continues to develop and maintain his leadership in this role, ensuring objectives and required tasks of the house demographic are being met to a high standard for the residing participants and the staff supporting.
Luke has great interpersonal skills, and is a very sociable individual - making him approachable and supportive of NDIS participants’ required needs. Luke has guided and supported participants to work toward, and achieve their NDIS goals, while catering for different supporting needs and requirements along the way. Luke has built great rapport with his supported NDIS participants, and is eager to continue his mentoring journey under the guidance of ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD’ experienced team.
During Luke’s spare time, he is busy keeping fit and active, through marathon running and gym, enhancing his knowledge further in the fitness industry, and entertaining his dog; Kronk.

Mentor / Support Worker / Administration Assistant
Lucinda Hulm
Lucinda is a highly skilled and compassionate support worker with extensive experience in supporting individuals who face Anxiety and Depression disorders. Lucinda also has extensive experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Attention – Deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Lucinda's experience extends further - with a significant understanding of those members of the LGBTIQA+ community also. Lucinda has also taken on the role of administration assistant on a casual basis.
With a deep understanding of mental health challenges, Lucinda is dedicated to providing personalized care that fosters emotional well-being and resilience. She is known for her empathetic approach and ability to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel heard and understood - as part of her lengthy experience is childcare settings alike. Beyond her professional expertise, Lucinda is committed to maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle, which reflects in her personal interests. She enjoys staying active through regular Pilates sessions, which not only helps her stay physically fit but also strengthens her mental clarity and mindfulness.
In her downtime, she loves taking peaceful walks along the beach, where she finds calm and inspiration in nature. Her adorable puppy, Murphy, is a constant companion, and their time together brings her immense joy. Lucinda’s passion for both her work and her personal well-being makes her a nurturing and positive influence in the lives of those she supports. She continuously strives to help individuals overcome their challenges and lead more fulfilling lives, always with patience, understanding, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
