Founder / Principal Director / Mentor
Jaiden Smith
Jaiden is the founder of ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD, and has many years of work, and lived experience within the disability and support working field. Jaiden is also the principal director of the organisation, and continues to support NDIS participants in the field as a mentor when required. Jaiden has a distinguished passion for providing a person centered approach, and guiding participants to achieve their NDIS goals. Jaiden has a Diploma of Business, a Diploma of Leadership and Management, a Bachelor Degree of Human Movement, and a Certificate IV in Disability.
As the principal director of the organisation, Jaiden has developed the company's business strategies, oversees the company's operations, guaranteeing maximum performance, and ensuring these business operations are implemented based on established procedures. Jaiden will lead, imbed, and support Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) in services, corporate supports, systems, information and business initiatives through innovation, sector best practice, and legislative compliances.
As principal director, Jaiden will also deliver services to eligible NDIS participants according to relevant legislation, service agreements and requirements specified by the funding body.
In the field, Jaiden promotes and encourages independence among all supported participants; walking alongside them with great pride. Jaiden has experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Schizophrenia, Non-Verbal (NV), Non Ambulant (NA), Anxiety, Attention – Deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy, Dementia, Parkinson's Disease and Vision Impairment. Jaiden also has extensive experience working with those members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Jaiden's mission for the organisation, is to provide NDIS participants with quality and experienced supports as an organisation. The organisation will do so, by promoting, encouraging and maintaining participant independence and choice and control, on the path to achieving personal goals. Our supports are delivered in a timely, innovative and flexible way, with a focus firmly on individual needs.
Jaiden's mission in the field, is to create the best quality of life for all NDIS supported participants, and is passionate in generating long lasting companionship and increased quality of life in the process.
Jaiden enjoys keeping fit and active, through exercising at the gym, running, cycling, hiking and swimming. Jaiden loves all things sport, particularly CrossFit, Australian Rules Football, the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, cricket, tennis, soccer, triathlons and marathons.

Operations Manager / Mentor
Luke Santella
Luke expands his extensive experience in the disability supporting sector, in the role of Operations Manager and substitute mentor at ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD.
As the Operations Manager in an NDIS setting, Luke plays a key leadership role in ensuring that the organisation runs smoothly and delivers high-quality, person-centred support to participants. His day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the coordination and delivery of services, managing staff across different teams, and ensuring the organisation remains compliant with all NDIS requirements and quality standards.
Luke works closely with service coordinators, support workers, and team leaders to make sure participants are receiving the supports outlined in their NDIS plans. He regularly reviews participant progress, helps resolve issues, and ensures services are flexible and responsive to changing needs. He also manages the operational side of the business, including staff rostering, performance management, incident reporting, and ensuring all internal systems and processes are running efficiently.
In addition to supervising teams, Luke plays a big part in training and mentoring staff. He makes sure everyone understands their roles, knows how to deliver services in line with NDIS guidelines, and has the tools and knowledge needed to do their jobs well. He also monitors quality assurance and leads continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas that could be working better and putting systems in place to address them.
Luke is also responsible for communicating with participants and families to ensure their experience with the service is a positive one. He is often the go-to person for solving complex issues, managing risk, and ensuring all services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in line with each person’s goals and preferences. His role is vital in keeping the organisation accountable, efficient, and focused on providing meaningful outcomes for people with disability.
In the field, Luke has extensive experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Attention – Deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy and Tourette’s Syndrome (TS) and Isodicentric chromosome 15 Syndrome. Luke also has extensive experience working with those members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Luke is kind, caring, approachable and patient - and displays these qualities during his management role, and supported service when called upon.
Luke has a newfound passion in providing care, promoting independence, building connections and relationships, and generating the best quality of life for NDIS participants. Luke continues his quality - person centred approach to supports, and emphasises ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD' mission in the field.
During Luke’s spare time, he likes to keep fit and active, participating in a CrossFit gym locally, riding dirt bikes, getting back to his hometown in the Riverland and spending quality time with friends and family. Luke loves the river and is an avid water sport enthusiast.

Service Coordinator / Administration Assistant / Mentor
Corey Cox
Corey is a kind-hearted, knowledgeable, and driven member of the ACHIEVE team, serving in a multifaceted role as Service Coordinator, Administration Assistant, and Mentor. With a strong passion for fostering growth and independence, Corey is committed to supporting NDIS participants as they work towards achieving their personal goals and building fulfilling, empowered lives.
In his role as Service Coordinator, Corey oversees the delivery and coordination of supports provided by ACHIEVE, ensuring that each participant receives tailored, high-quality services that meet their individual needs. He works closely with support staff to monitor performance, provide ongoing guidance, and uphold a collaborative, person-centered approach. Corey’s attention to detail and proactive mindset help streamline operations and promote consistency, ensuring services are delivered both efficiently and compassionately.
In addition to his coordination and administrative roles, Corey also supports participants as a Mentor. He brings a calm, consistent presence and meaningful connection to those he mentors, providing practical support, encouragement, and motivation as they build confidence, develop life skills, and engage with their communities. His ability to form trusted relationships makes him a valued support figure in the lives of those he walks alongside.
Corey brings extensive frontline experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and intellectual disabilities. His professional background has given him a deep understanding of complex needs, behavioral supports, and mental health challenges — all of which he approaches with empathy, respect, and integrity. Corey is also a proud ally and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, creating safe, inclusive environments where every individual feels valued, seen, and supported.
Known for his calm and compassionate demeanor, Corey is someone both participants and colleagues can rely on for thoughtful guidance, practical solutions, and genuine care. Service Lead / Mentor / Support Worker
Luke Christiansen
With a background in the fitness industry, specifically personal training, Luke offers ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD substantial knowledge and experience with interpersonal connectivity. Luke not only has field experience working with, and supporting different disabilities within the fitness industry and in the disability sector, he also has lived experience with disability support, and mentoring. Luke has experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Anxiety, Attention – Deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disability, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Epilepsy and schizophrenia. Luke also has experience working with those members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Luke is one of two service leads - assisting with the oversight of all operations in our shared tenancy / accommodation houses. Luke continues to develop and maintain his leadership in this role, ensuring objectives and required tasks of the house demographic are being met to a high standard for the residing participants and the staff supporting.
Luke has great interpersonal skills, and is a very sociable individual - making him approachable and supportive of NDIS participants’ required needs. Luke has guided and supported participants to work toward, and achieve their NDIS goals, while catering for different supporting needs and requirements along the way. Luke has built great rapport with his supported NDIS participants, and is eager to continue his mentoring journey under the guidance of ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD’ experienced team.
During Luke’s spare time, he is busy keeping fit and active, through marathon running and gym, enhancing his knowledge further in the fitness industry, and entertaining his dog; Kronk.

Carter Norman
Carter is a motivated and dedicated professional with a wealth of expertise gained through extensive experience in the disability field.
Over the years, Carter has demonstrated exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, consistently delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with a wide range of needs. Carter is passionate about fostering positive relationships and is highly skilled at building strong teams, working effectively both independently and in collaborative settings.

Lal Mangar is an accomplished Disability Support Worker / Mentor with over 7 years of dedicated experience. With a Certificate III in Disability, Lal excels in providing comprehensive support to individuals and groups within their community or assisted living environments. With a background in Health Science, Luke has worked over three years in Disability Employment Services and has a keen interest in helping others. He has worked with people from almost every walk of life, and takes a direct and genuine approach to ensure a positive outcome.
Luke is a patient and understanding individual who strives to help others become the best that they can be. His demeanor is calm and collected but interested and engaging. He is always up for a challenge and is known as someone that others can rely on in times of need. Luke has extended experience supporting participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability, Non Verbal (NV), Non-Ambulant (NA), Paraplegia, Quadriplegia, Schizophrenia, Paranoia & Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Luke has specific expertise in pediatric support and assistance - through recent stints with pediatric patients on his recent rural placement allocations.
Outside of ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD, Luke continues to learn and challenge himself by studying a Masters of Occupational Therapy. Luke is also a regular at the gym, plays guitar and loves hosting slow cooked charcoal barbeques.

Cody is dedicated to delivering high-quality support to NDIS participants at ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD.
With a focus on empowering individuals with Paraplegia, Quadriplegia, wheelchair users and participants with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Intellectual Disability (ID) - Cody ensures that participants receive personalized care and the resources they need to live fulfilling and independent lives. Cody's approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and a deep commitment to the principles and codes of conduct of the NDIS, promoting choice, control, and inclusion. Cody's efforts are directed towards creating a supportive environment where every participant can thrive and achieve their personal goals.
In his spare time, Cody enjoys quality connection with family and friends, with a special connection to his dog. Cody is a talented amateur league footballer and dedicates his time to keeping fit, active and healthy. Cody also loves basketball, music and adventures in his 4WD ute. Cody's passion for being outdoors is undeniable also - with Cody regularly embarking on; off the grid trips into remote parts of South Australia, camping and fishing during this time.

Tom has extensive experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disability, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Epilepsy, Alzheimer’s disease, and Schizophrenia.

As an NDIS mentor, Tom is dedicated to empowering participants to build the skills and confidence they need to live more independently. Eltom joins the ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD team as a mentor. Eltom has experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Verbal (NV), Non Ambulant (NA), Schizophrenia, Huntington’s Disease (HD) and Poly Substance Abuse. Eltom has his Certificate III in Individual Support among a range of other required qualifications and certifications to support NDIS participants. Eltom also has extensive experience working with those members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Eltom is a kind, caring, and a very compassionate mentor. Eltom is passionate about supporting individuals to access the community and expand their social skills, while simultaneously undertaking new and familiar activities of their enjoyment. Eltom enjoys the rewarding nature of providing assistance to those who require it most. Eltom is interested in expanding his mentoring and support working skills further, taking on additional trainings and qualifications at present.

John’s career spans various support roles, including significant experience at Footsteps, ADAC, and the Department of Human Services (DHS). He has provided care and guidance for individuals recovering from addiction, prisoners reintegrating into the community, and youth at risk, always with the aim of improving their well-being and supporting them in making positive life changes.
Outside of his professional life, John enjoys spending his free time fishing, playing 8 ball pool and snooker, growing his own vegetables and fruits, and also keeping fit an active by walking 10kms a day - enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Port Augusta. Andrew has a Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) degree and works in financial planning Monday to Friday. Andrew sought an opportunity to assist further in the community, and wanted to expand his working experience in the disability sector on weekends and after hours care. So far, Andrew has experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability, Epilepsy and schizophrenia – and looks to advance his supporting experience further.
Andrew is extremely kind, caring and empathetic. Andrew is understanding of participants’ required needs of support, and provides these supports in alignment to ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD' mission and vision. Andrew’s infectious energy; naturally provides motivating and engaging environments for his supported participants, which has been advantageous in working towards achieving their NDIS goals, and enhancing their quality of life.
In Andrew’s spare time, he enjoys all things sport, specifically AFL football. Andrew is heavily involved with the Colonel Light Gardens Football Club, and also enjoys basketball (specifically the NBA), UFC, keeping fit and active at the gym, spending time with his mates and going camping.

We are thrilled to welcome Graham to the ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES team!
Graham joins us with extensive experience in the disability support sector, having worked closely with individuals living with Cerebral Palsy (CP), Intellectual Disability (ID), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and various mental health challenges. His calm, patient, and person-centred approach has allowed him to build strong, trusting relationships with the people he supports, empowering them to reach their goals and live more independently.
Graham is a strong advocate for inclusivity and equality and is proudly supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community. He recognises the importance of creating a safe and respectful space for all individuals and brings a compassionate and open-minded attitude to his work every day.
Outside of work, Graham is a creative soul who enjoys arts and crafts, often finding joy and relaxation in hands-on projects. He also values time spent with his family and friends, and believes in the importance of connection and community in both his personal and professional life.
With his rich background, approachable nature, and commitment to making a difference, Graham is a fantastic addition to the ACHIEVE team. We are excited to see the positive impact he will have on the lives of our participants and the broader support community.
