Sheree Williams
With an extensive amount of work and lived experience in the disability and support working field, Sheree carries over a wealth of knowledge to the ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD team. Sheree has her Certificate IV In Disability, Certificate III in Individual Support and is experienced working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non Ambulant (NA), Non Verbal (NV), Epilepsy, Global Developmental Delays (GDD), Anxiety, Attention – Deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Angelmans Syndrome (AS), Schizophrenia, Depression, Mitochondrial Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Retts Syndrome (RS), Deaf / Hearing Loss and Down Syndrome (DS), Cerebral Palsy (CP), and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Sheree has experience in supporting children, adults and the elderly, with community access, day options, SIL, and in home care. Sheree is one of two service leads - assisting with the oversight of all operations in our shared tenancy / accommodation houses. Sheree continues to develop and maintain her leadership in this role, ensuring objectives and required tasks of the house demographic are being met to a high standard for the residing participants and the staff supporting.
Sheree is always looking to develop new skills and naturally follows ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD' mission of providing a person-centred approach, regardless of an individual’s abilities and barriers. Sheree is a very calm, kind, and compassionate mentor – who seeks to bring out the best of all situations and circumstances. Sheree is a very energetic and [in her own words] ‘outgoing’ individual – who uses these characteristics as strengths to build up the confidence of others, while creating a fun and motivating supporting environment.
Sheree: In my spare time I love to spend time in nature, whether this be at the beach, hiking in the hills or camping. I like to spend quality time with my partner, my pet dog, pet rabbit and my friends. I follow the AFL and like to attend games during the season. I love painting and making homemade soaps and candles. I also have a deep passion for gardening, and take great pride in my plants. They are quite literally taking over my house!
When Sheree isn’t busy attending to the above, or working – she really enjoys traveling and going for long road trips.

Business Development Manager / Senior Support Coordinator / Mentor
Holly Ransby
Holly is a dedicated professional with over 6 years of experience in the disability sector, with previous specialties in support work / mentoring and service coordination.
Holly has recently stepped into the duel role of Business Development Manager and Support Coordinator, two positions that perfectly aligns with her extensive experience and passion for helping others. With a strong background in the industry, she is eager to extend her expertise and apply her skills in a more strategic capacity. In this new role, Holly is not only providing invaluable support to clients but also working to streamline processes, enhance team collaboration, and ensure the highest standard of service delivery. Her deep understanding of the industry, paired with her natural leadership abilities, positions her to make a significant impact to her supported participants, in the coordination of their supports.
As the Business Development Manager (BDM) in an NDIS company, Holly plays a vital role in growing the organisation’s presence, building relationships, and ensuring more participants have access to quality supports. Her role is all about connecting people, creating opportunities, and driving sustainable growth in line with NDIS values and compliance.
Holly’s day-to-day responsibilities include developing partnerships with referral sources such as support coordinators, local area coordinators, allied health professionals, and community organisations. She actively promotes the organisation’s services, attends networking events, and follows up with enquiries to ensure a smooth intake process for new participants. Holly is often the first point of contact for families and professionals who want to learn more about the services offered, so her communication skills and deep understanding of the NDIS are essential.
In short, Holly’s work as the BDM helps the organisation thrive, builds meaningful connections in the community, and ensures participants have access to the right supports at the right time.

Administrative Assistant / Mentor / Support Worker
Madeline Anderson
Maddy joins ACHIEVE with over 3.5 years of experience in the disability sector, primarily in Supported Independent Living (SIL).
Throughout her career, she has supported a wide variety of clients, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome, Acquired Brain Injury, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and OCD.
She also has strong practical experience supporting people with complex health needs such as catheter management, dysphagia, and diabetes.
In addition to her disability support experience, Maddy has worked closely with the LGBTQIA+ community, ensuring her practice is inclusive, respectful, and affirming of each individual’s identity.
At ACHIEVE, Maddy will primarily take on the role of Administrative Assistant, providing vital organisational and operational support to the team. Alongside this, she will also be available for mentoring, where she brings her skills, knowledge, and compassion to empower participants. She is deeply committed to upholding the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct, ensuring participants are always treated with dignity, respect, and choice.
Currently undertaking her Honours year in Psychology at university, and holding a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Maddy combines academic expertise with practical experience. She has already shown strength in building positive relationships, encouraging independence, and supporting participants to reach their personal goals.
Outside of her professional role, Maddy enjoys keeping active through the gym and long walks, spending time with friends, and travelling to snowy destinations to snowboard. At home, she loves the company of her dog, Pumpkin.
Maddy is excited to contribute to ACHIEVE in both her administrative role and as a mentor. Her dedication, inclusivity, and passion for making a difference make her a valued addition to the team.

Mentor / Support Worker (Contracted)
Julie Smith
Julie is welcomed to the ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD team as a contracted mentor / support worker.
Julie has a great understanding of working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Hip Dysplaxia, Anxiety, Depression, Attention – Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Dementia. Julie also has extensive experience working with those members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Julie has extensive experience working in the age care sector and has made the transition to support work alongside her current role. Julie’s passion to support, encourage, develop and grow the independence of her supported participants at ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD is undeniable. Julie expresses gratitude for the rewarding nature of her role day in, day out - which summarises the incredible human that she is. Furthermore, Julie is caring, kind, patient, energetic, and is an individual filled with positivity which resonates and continues to enrich the lives of those most vulnerable to our community.
In Julie’s spare time, she enjoys quality connections with her family, specifically her children, mother and grandson. Julie also likes spending time at the river and the beach, driving her jetski and keeping herself fit, active and healthy. In down time, Julie enjoys streaming Netflix and watching movies.

Mentor / Support Worker
Scarlett Evans
Scarlett joins the rapidly growing ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD' team, as our administration assistant and mentor. Scarlett’s previous experience in the administration field combined with her amazing interpersonal skills make her an excellent addition to our growing team. Scarlett has adapted to her role as a mentor extremely well - and her expertise are exemplary to the quality, person centered supports she provides to all participants.
In the field, Scarlett has experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Verbal (NV), Non Ambulant (NA), Anxiety, Attention – Deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy, Dementia, Schizophrenia and Mental Health conditions. Scarlett also has extensive experience working with those members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Scarlett exemplifies excellent people skills and enjoys interacting with people face to face, via email, or via phone call. Scarlett will ensure the proper supports are upheld, and delegate future engagements to the most suitable mentor within the team. Future correspondence will be directed through Scarlett, to ensure our director, management and our team of mentors are delivering the highest quality of supports. Scarlett is friendly, compassionate, kind & patient, enabling her to excel in the role.
In her spare time, Scarlett is studying at the University of South Australia, where she is undertaking a degree in Interior Architecture. Asides from her engagement in studies, Scarlett enjoys beach walks, movies & spending time with friends & family.

Mentor / Support Worker
Hannah Menzies
With five plus years of work and lived experience in the disability and support working field, Hannah possesses a wealth of knowledge for the ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD mentoring team. Hannah has her Certificate III in Individual Support and experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Vision Impairement, Global Developmental Delays (GDD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Bipolar Affective Disorder, Anxiety, Attention – Deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and Epilepsy. Hannah also has extensive experience working with those members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Hannah is a very kind, caring individual – possessing a positive outlook on all challenges that come before her, and expresses great recognition for completed tasks and appreciation when new challenges are undertaken, or participant comfort zones are explored. Hannah considers herself as a very approachable individual, and ‘someone that anyone can come to if they ever need, even if it's just for a chat’. Hannah is patient and works closely with NDIS participants to enhance and develop their independence, and assists the exploration of safe and effective ways of regulating emotions.
Hannah completed her Certificate lll in Individual Support whilst studying Year 12 and has been working in the industry ever since (2019). Hannah has experience in supporting children, adults and the elderly, with community access, day options and in home care.
Hannah has a great passion for the gym, and prioritises her health, fitness, and well being. This resonates, and positively impacts the quality of her supports with her NDIS supported participants, whilst also providing a sound understanding of safe and effective ways of exercise and food preperation.
Hannah: In my spare time I love riding dirt bikes, this is a hobby of mine. I also love to go on road trips, travel, and camping trips with family and friends. I play soccer, and during the off season of soccer, I also play indoor netball – to keep myself fit and healthy. Socially, I enjoy concerts and festivals – and believe these are one of the most safest and fun filled ways to express emotion through dance, interaction, laughter, and happiness.

Suzie Stevens
Suzie has recently joined the ACHIEVE DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD team as a mentor and has all updated certifications and qualifications required to provide support. Suzie is very friendly, kind and caring and enjoys working with and supporting people with disabilities. Suzie has 20 years experience supporting her disabled mother, which has given her great insight into providing care and anticipating the needs of her clients, along with first hand lived experience. Her previous employment was as cabin crew flying with a number of Australian airlines and has a strong focus on customer service and building relationships.
In the field, Suzie has experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Non-Verbal (NV), Non Ambulant (NA), Anxiety, Attention – Deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Hip Dyspepsia, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Schizophrenia and Mental Health conditions. Suzie also has extensive experience working with those members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Suzie has adapted to her role as a mentor with such ease – and the NDIS participants who she now currently supports, have valued her quality of supports and person centred approach; with high regard. Suzie has further found the work providing care and support to her current supported NDIS participants to be hugely rewarding and fulfilling.
In her spare time Suzie enjoys going to the gym, keeping fit, eating healthy and spending quality time with family and friends.

Tiphanie is an experienced and dedicated support worker, known for her unwavering commitment to the well-being and development of her clients. With a wealth of experience in the field, she has honed her skills in providing comprehensive support to individuals with diverse needs.

Holding a Certificate III in Community Services, Shantell is equipped with the foundational skills to deliver meaningful, person-centred support. Her commitment to mental health advocacy is deeply personal, shaped by her own lived experience—instilling a profound understanding of the importance of emotional support, stability, and human connection.
